All of the goods on this website are offered for sale by Peter Leon in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. We may change these at any time. The version in force at any time will be published here.

Pricing

All prices and charges on the website are shown in UK pounds sterling. When you add an item to your basket the price of the goods together with delivery and VAT where applicable are shown. These amounts are broken down for clarity but the ‘Total order cost’ quoted is the amount you pay.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to adjust prices and specifications of goods on the website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.

Order acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances. In the unlikely event that an item you order is out of stock we may offer to supply a similar item but will always check with you first.

Acknowledgement and receipt

After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number. Your order number must be quoted in any correspondence with us concerning your order. If you choose to pay online through PayPal you will receive receipt by email from PayPal. You should print a copy of this email as proof of payment.

Right to Withdraw Goods

We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any goods from the website.

Delivery and Risk

We despatch orders using the most appropriate service for the weight and dimensions of the complete order. We use Royal Mail or another reputable and competent courier. The charges for delivery are indicated in the ‘view basket’ section of the web site and are included in the ‘Total order cost’. Some orders require that a person at the address is present to sign for the item.

We are only able to deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have registered in when you create your Peter Leon account. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. If you wish to change the delivery address prior to submitting your order you may do so by entering the new details using the ‘change my details’ button at the checkout stage. If you wish to change your delivery address after the order is place you should contact us immediately.

We will endeavour to ensure that delivery takes place within seven days of you placing your order although in exceptional cases delivery may take up to 28 days. We cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.

Cancellation & Returns

Cancelling prior to delivery

Please contact us by telephone or email if you need to cancel an order prior to dispatch.

Cancelling after delivery

Regardless of the reason for cancellation or return please contact us for return instructions.

Under the distance selling regulations you are entitled to a seven day ‘cooling-off’ period during which time you have the right to return the goods in an unused and saleable condition for any reason. In the event that goods are returned in unused and saleable condition you will be refunded the cost of goods but not delivery charges. Responsibility for the safe return to us and the cost of such will be yours. You are strongly advised to send the items using a ‘signed for’ service.

Faulty Goods

If the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. If the item is deemed to be faulty and you choose a refund, we will refund the cost of the goods and reimburse your delivery costs.
